Cease to Maintain EHCP Appeal Service
At Advocate4SEN, we are committed to ensuring that children and young people with Special Educational Needs continue to receive the support they are entitled to. If your Local Authority has decided to cease to maintain your child’s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), our Cease to Maintain Appeal service is here to help you challenge that decision.
 
Our experienced team will carefully review all relevant documentation, including reports, letters, emails, and the EHCP itself, to demonstrate that your child or young person still has significant Special Educational Needs and requires Special Educational Provisions. We’ll also provide evidence that the outcomes outlined in the EHCP have not yet been met, and that the Local Authority’s decision is therefore premature or unfounded.
 
For a fixed fee, we will complete the official tribunal appeal form, prepare the Grounds of Appeal, and ensure that all necessary documents are correctly submitted and on time.
