Working Document Service – EHCP Appeal Support
At Advocate4SEN, we know how crucial it is for your child to receive the right support through a well-written Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Our Working Document service is designed to support families who are appealing the contents of an EHCP by helping refine and negotiate the document ahead of the tribunal hearing.
 
For a fixed fee of £300, our experienced team will edit a Word version of the EHCP to reflect proposed amendments, additions, and deletions in line with the format and key required by the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (SENDIST). We’ll use the latest reports and correspondence to suggest realistic changes, aiming to resolve as many points of disagreement as possible before the hearing.
 
We’ll also work with the Local Authority during the working document phase to encourage early resolution, reducing the stress and uncertainty of the tribunal process.
